The Computer Operations Department houses mission critical services with multi-vendor and multi-platform hardware, running various Operating Systems and multiple applications. Computer Operations is staffed 21 hours/day (5:00AM-2:00AM next day), 7 days/week except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
